We ship everywhere within the United States.  Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to ship internationally. Shipment is packaged everyday and sent out every afternoon. Your store credit will automatically apply within the exchange, and you will owe for any remaining balance. An exchange for lesser value will result in store credit for the remaining balance. There will be a $1 hold on your credit or debit card, that will be removed once the return items have reached our store. You will have 3 days from the time of submitting your exchange to get your return items in the mail to us using the return label provided in re:do.
